Online Street Team Creates Brand Advocates

As the need for an AT&T Performing Arts Center Street Team to quickly distribute marketing materials grew I began to research software and online programs to manage them. I discovered a company called FanCorps which would allow us to implement an online street team system allowing users to sign up, accept orders, earn points and redeem them for merchandise. We have more than 300 members right now with the ability to access more than 150,000 of their friends through Social Media networks. We use the online Street Team to send our physical orders to pass out marketing material, spread performance news online via their social networking or even volunteer at the Center. They receive a monthly street team email newsletter which I create and distribute. The street team can be accessed through our Facebook page and our mobile app.
